Senior Brand Strategist (m/f/d)

Peter Schmidt Group is Germany‘s largest brand and design agency. Your tasks:

  • You develop clear brand profiles based on conclusive analyses and define unique positionings with a clear purpose and, always from the target group’s view, a relevant promise.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, are part of an active team and you connect closely with other disciplines, such as packaging/ brand identity, corporate design, 3D and digital.
  • You are the link to the customer but also to our designers: You know what creatives need in order to be creative and develop briefings which inspire and convey the idea of the brand and the respective task in an exciting and striking way.
  • You plan workshops and appear as a trustworthy, strategic consultant in front of the customer. In English. And ideally in German, as well.
  • Trend scouting, data driven insights, neuromarketing, service-design, experience-management, brand engagement and the development of studies are tasks you enjoy.
  • You continue developing our strategy portfolio with your modern tool and method know-how.

What you bring along:

  • You have worked in an agency or in consulting, in which brand and design are of great importance and in which you implemented tools and methods of experience-oriented brand management purposefully.
  • You are analytical, creative and assertive. You cover large areas of the strategic portfolio – from brand and marketing strategies to communication and activation programs based on convincing customer journeys.
  • You think digitally. You are co-creator and work with agility. Of course, these are buzzwords. But brand experiences and new services are best developed with design-thinking-methods.
  • You are a strategist able to work under pressure and you always have the economic perspective in mind. You think ahead, act economically and you know that the success of a project is measured by business goals and the creative success.
