Since 2012 we have been working with Nordea to improve the management and cost efficiency of its marketing activities in an effective, consultative collaboration that has consolidated and standardised their processes and materials and implemented a new marketing automation platform to efficiently manage them.

In January 2013 we launched Marketing Bank as a self-service platform for around 1,000 of its branches, which has successfully enabled them to produce their own, customised marketing material. We additionally managed a coordinated development and rollout of communication material in all 4 Nordic countries and across all involved stakeholders, such as local marketing and graphic departments. Later in the same year we had further integrated a 2nd business unit, Products (responsible for fact sheets, terms & conditions and other product related material), into the project and subsequently officially launched new processes, features and materials in January 2014.
