Colourful and individualistic. But still relaxed and cosy, too.

From a typical office suite to a stylish environment suitable for a trend-setting digital agency.

Agency employees expect their job to be unconventional and varied, with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for creativity. And of course all of these characteristics should also be reflected in the agency’s office space. For Interone, we created a space that suits the agency’s creative approach, promotes collaboration and provides employees places they can retreat to when things get too loud and hectic. Our work began with a design concept, followed by a detailed draft and implementation planning, and included coordination of the various craftsmen and contractors who carried out the work.

Founded in 1986, Interone was one of Europe’s first digital agencies. It now employs a staff of about 200 at offices in Hamburg and Munich, and combines digital platforms, smart services and interactive campaigns to create digital ecosystems. Among the clients of Interone are such leading companies as BMW, E.ON and o2.

"Every agency is unique. So from the outset we asked ourselves: How does the Interone agency approach our projects, and what are our routine procedures? Once we are clear on that, the architecture of our offices can help us work more efficiently and contribute to our success."
