Continental AG had therefore wished to position itself as a reliable and attractive employer by utilising such a campaign that would be directed at both potential applicants as well as its current employees. An essential dimension of this aim had been to present the greatest level authenticity that would genuinely represent the company: How could the strength of its products and values be used to connect with the true experience of working for Continental AG?
