The Peter Schmidt Group has been successful six times at the iF Design Award

The Peter Schmidt Group is pleased to announce that it has been awarded six prizes at the iF Design Award 2015 which once again affirm its position as Germany's leading brand and design agency. The jury of this internationally renowned competition commended the following projects for their outstanding design: DeBeukelaer Cookies Bakery, Teahouse Exclusive's Everyday Line and Organic Line, Babor Spa, AllesKönnerKisten for Kosmos and Lebensbaum Herkunftstees.

"Our success at the iF Design Award underlines our outstanding competence within classic packaging design," says Managing Partner Armin Angerer, who leads the team at the Ageny’s Hamburg office: "For 42 years we have been creating icons which are present in everyday life, yet remain consistently convincing at prestigious awards as well as on the shelves of supermarkets and stores."

The six awards represent the Peter Schmidt Group’s most successful performance at the iF Design Award in the past eight years and illustrate the vast potential that is possible within packaging design: A diverse spectrum of success that ranges from the "Cookies Bakery", with packaging that mirrors a classic New York newspaper, to an established cosmetics brand like Babor, through to artistically presented teas and a product like the AllesKönnerKiste for Kosmos, created to appeal to both children and parents alike to successfully reference current trends in craft activity.

The iF Design Award has been given for over 60 years and is comprised of an international jury of experts that distinguishes outstanding performances from within various design disciplines. In 2015’s competition around 5,000 entries from 53 countries were evaluated. Previously, the Peter Schmidt Group was also successful at the iF Design Award with its "Fascinating Gases" project for Linde within the field of digital brand communication.
