Norbert Möller and Steven Cichon are judges for the DDC competition Gute Gestaltung

Norbert Möller, Executive Creative Director of the Peter Schmidt Group, is chairman of the panel of judges in the Reporting category of the Gute Gestaltung competition. Steven Cichon, Director Brand Spaces, was also appointed to the panel of judges for the design prize awarded by the German Designer Club (DDC). He will be assessing candidates in the Product category.

For the third time, Norbert Möller is heading the "Reporting" category of the DDC "Good Design" competition. In this competition, annual reports, sustainability reports and other special reports from a wide variety of media compete for one of the most important awards in the German design industry. The decisive factor here is not only formal quality. The jurors also assess the question of how well the publishers prepare content in a reader-friendly manner within the tight corset of legal information obligations. According to Norbert Möller, "Annual reports are still a relevant medium. They are read by the target group of corporate decision-makers – and it is our task as designers to ensure that reading them is also a pleasure."

In addition to Norbert Möller, the members of the panel of judges are Dirk Böttcher (ag text), Sabine Cole (loved), Prof. Jürgen Huber (supertype), Prof. Dr. Bernd Jörs (Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences), Prof. Dr. Michael Jonas (Helmut Schmidt University) and Jasmin Dentz (gfd Financial Communication).

Steven Cichon, Director Brand Spaces, is the third member of Peter Schmidt Group to serve on the evaluation committees of the DDC. Cichon holds a degree in industrial design and will be a member of the "Product" panel, where he will assess pioneering contributions from the areas of consumer goods and packaging design, among other things. The awards ceremony of the competition will take place on 22 November 2019 in Frankfurt.
