Designtagebuch – A new brand image for Ameropa
Designtagebuch reports on the new corporate identity of Ameropa. The most conspicuous change is the newly designed logo: instead of in capitals, the brand name is now written in cursive handwriting, and appears much younger and more appealing.
For about twenty years Ameropa used a logo set in capitals. It has now been replaced by a wordmark in a flowing, cursive typeface. The magazine approves of the change, saying, "The Ameropa lettering is visually appealing, and radiates youthfulness and sophistication on the one hand without appearing stuffy on the other."
